The Sprout & Learn Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Central Florida, dedicated to expanding access to joyful, hands-on education for homeschool students and familiesβespecially those who learn best outside the traditional mold. We champion neurodivergent-friendly, project-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and community.
Born from the work of Sprout & Learnβs homeschool enrichment program, the Foundation exists to remove barriers that keep families from the learning environments their children deserve. We mobilize scholarships, community partnerships, and grant-funded initiatives to make high-quality homeschool enrichment affordable, inclusive, and locally rooted.
Our mission is to make hands-on, heart-centered learning accessible to every homeschool family in Central Florida. We believe that education should celebrate creativity, honor individuality, and empower children to discover their unique strengths. By supporting programs that blend academics with the arts, movement, and real-world experiences, we help students build confidence, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning.
We invest in programs that help homeschool children (typically ages 6β12) thrive through art, STEM, life skills, movement, and social-emotional learning. By supporting alternative seating, sensory-aware environments, and project-based curriculum, we create spaces where out-of-the-box learners feel seen and successful.
We collaborate with local organizations, homeschool networks, libraries, and businesses to build a resilient, family-centered learning ecosystem across Central Florida and beyond. Every initiative is shaped by three promises: hands-on learning, heart-centered care, and equitable access.
Together, weβre growing the kind of homeschool learning that helps every child take root and flourish.
